every time quick heal is preparing a new update a message was sent telling that there is a problem in quarterian instalation and a recommendation to send a report to analysis@quickheal.com

Try this. Open the program and go to tools>view quarantined files. The files which have been sent have a check mark. Those which have not been sent have an 'X' You can click each and 'delete', or 'send'
I have been using Quickheal for 4-5 years now, and am generally very happy with it. This is the first 'problem' I have had, but I would have liked quicker help online - I had to find this solution myself.
